At The Water Distiller Store, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you were shipped a malfunctioning product, you can return it within 30 days of your purchase date for a replacement and Durastill will pay shipping. If you need to return a product for any other reason, a 5% restocking fee will be applied and you will pay shipping fees.

We do not allow returns on electrical parts.

Proof of purchase will be required for a refund, which can usually be verified by providing information from your purchase confirmation email, including your order number, order total, order date, and the email address used.
